Getting a QR code

A code will be sent to your phone by SMS. Enter it in the displayed field in order to identify yourself as a foreign citizen. After that, you will receive a QR code confirming your PCR test. You can print it, save it to your smartphone, or take a screenshot.

How long is a PCR test valid?

The QR code is valid for 48 hours after the PCR test. Important note: according to the order of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, the admission of foreign citizens is permitted with a negative PCR test performed no more than 24 hours before the visit to the venue.

Instead of the QR code, I received an error message. What should I do?

In some cases, foreign citizens receive an error message (in Russian). Check the information you provided at the laboratory and when registering on the immune.mos.ru portal. There may be an error or the information may not match. If everything is correct, contact the laboratory where you took the PCR test to check all the data again.
