The Moscow House of Nationalities will arrange eight bus tours around the capital to be conducted on October 8–30. The duration of each tour will be around four hours, and participation is free: only booking is required.
The first tour of the cycle named “Constellation of Moscow Railway Stations” will take place on October 8 at 10:00. During the tour the participants will see nine railway stations of the capital and the guide will talk about their architectural specifics in detail. Participants of “The Necklace of Estates on the South-West of Moscow” tour to be conducted on the next day will walk along the alleys of Vorontsovo, Yasenevo, Troitskoe, Zyuzino, and Uzkoe parks and learn about the history of these estates.
During the subsequent walks the guides will talk about the wooden architecture period in Moscow, show masterpieces of the capital’s Gothic architecture and talk about the city images in the Soviet and Russian films. The “Night Multinational Moscow” tour around the landmarks in the center will complete the cycle. The full schedule is shared on the Moscow House of Nationalities website.
