An exhibition dedicated to Nikolai Gogol’s artistic heritage will be opened on October 7 in Russky Parnas, the Moscow Ostafyevo Estate Museum. Students of the Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography will present their sketches to animation films themed on the works of the classical author, as well as graphic works.
Students of the workshop of Honored Artist and Professor Stanislav Sokolov and Artist and Director Andrei Ushakov, as well as the workshop of Animation Film Art Director Arkady Melik-Sarkisyan will demonstrate their own unique interpretations of The Overcoat, Diary of a Madman, Nevsky Prospekt, and other novels.
