This mini chain of two gastrobars (one on Mayakovskaya and one on Pyatnitskaya), which celebrated its three-year anniversary in September, enters 2022 with a new menu and cocktail list. Nikolay Ananev from St. Petersburg, a former sous chef of the Community Moscow project, has been named head of the kitchen. He has added tartares, pâtés, salads, pastas, and seafood to the main menu. The brunch menu, which is served from 12:00 to 16:00, has many unique items, such as Asian broth with croutons. And another unconventional move is the ability to order brut or cocktails for breakfast.

The approach to drinks has also been reconsidered: chief bartender Igor Bobritsky, who experimented with the classics, is still in charge of cocktails. As the name of the bar suggests, it offers different variations on the margarita, including with aloe and pumpkin or cornelian cherries. The Gimlet Eucalyptus (holly olive gin, eucalyptus cordial, and Italicus) and the Brandy Daisy (sherry brandy, Disaronno liqueur, orange liqueur, passion fruit, and lemon juice) are worth a try.

The wine lists in the two bars are slightly different. There are three to five types of sparkling, white and red by the glass, and a little more by the bottle.

The interiors of the bars are brutalistic, with lots of metal elements, but they are also comfortable and cozy. DJs play there in the evenings.
