Located in the building of a former printing house, "Profsojuz" brought together more than twenty beer and wine bars, cocktail restaurants, and other drinking establishments. The "Profsojuz"'s founders were inspired by the ruined bars in Budapest, but with adjustments for the local specifics — so that Muscovites could engage in barhopping even during the cold season. Thanks to its huge area (2,000 square meters), the cluster looks more like a street than a food court: there is a square with a fountain and plenty of plants, and the impression is intensified by professionally organized illumination.
In order not to get confused in the bars of "Profsojuz", it's worth reading the list of residents in advance — there's a wide choice here. Particularly notable are Record bicycle bar with a mini-museum of retro bikes, wine bar "I have a sommelier friend" with intuitive menu item names, mysterious bar "Lilac Color" and cocktail bar "Shpalikov" in Soviet style.
