Remy Kitchen Bakery marries an open-kitchen restaurant with a bakery. Behind the project are restaurateur Alexander Oganezov and Glen Ballis, a famous Australian brand chef.
The bakery's menu differs from that of the restaurant. Most of the items on the latter one are grilled, both European and Asian dishes. By contrast, the bakery cooks takeaway foods: fermented bread, pastry, croissants, and baguettes. Breakfast at Remy is served between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. every day. If you are planning on spending quality time here on weekends, be advised to book in advance.
The bar menu is a regular one, including signature cocktails, wines, and spirits.
Currently, the restaurant operates three locations: on Malaya Bronnaya Street, on Lesnaya Street, and in the Moscow City block. The interiors are perfectly lit and feature custom-made designer furniture and displays with freshly baked items. In summer, the Malaya Bronnaya locations offers veranda seating. Booking should be made in advance, too.
