Sempre

Sempre is a restaurant sporting a wealth of plants: hanging from the top are thick moss and lianas, while the tables feature live orchids and aloe. The place was conceptualized by Belgian designer Guste Sempre.

The small menu has items representing various culinary backgrounds: rectangular soft dough Pinsa pizza, hummus, Tartar, Tom Yam, and duck ravioli. Breakfast is served between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. and can be customized, choosing from poached eggs, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, or omelet, which can be paired with veggies, chesse, or meat delis. But you can also go for standard options, like spinach omelet with coriander and shrimp. Besides, you can try oatmeal, cottage cheese pancakes, or sandwiches. The drink menu contains a large selection of wines and signature cocktails, including mocktails.

The interior design features organic materials. In addition to ever-present greenery, Sempre has elements from crude wood and stone slabs. On weekends, the restaurant hosts live music performances.
