This is a gastronomic experiment from the creators of Door 19, a popular pop-up haute cuisine restaurant. At 15 Kitchen + Bar, the owners have taken a more democratic approach to the food and put the emphasis on seasonality: according to the concept for the restaurant, the chef and the menu change once a year. At the same time, all the chefs of the restaurant are world-class stars, and before the pandemic only European and American chefs were invited here. The interiors of the gastropub are decorated in an eclectic style, in keeping with its concept: rough metal structures, massive wooden tables, bright decorative elements, and contemporary art on the walls.
There is no single style at 15 Kitchen + Bar: as a rule, the dishes are unique interpretations of European and Pan-Asian cuisine. The menu is small (the main section usually includes 15 dishes – hence the name of the place), but rich: the chefs often add unusual ingredients and experiment with combinations. Fish and seafood predominate – sashimi, seviche, and octopus dishes in different variations can be tasted regardless of the season. The bar menu offers unique cocktails based on spirits with the addition of berry and fruit juices.
