Alice

Alice is a designer cuisine restaurant in Spiridonyevsky Lane, opened by aspiring young restaurateurs Galaktion and Elina Tabidze. The menu is handled by chef Artyom Chudenko, who bases his unique style on tinkering with technical processes, which can alter product properties. The chef experiments with different ingredients like a scientist at a lab, creating new miso, sauces, and vinegar.

The breakfast menu does not fall far behind in terms of combo varieties: you can order shakshuka with scallops, eggs Benedict with langoustines, and syrniki with persimmon.
