Møs on Trubetskaya Street was included in the MICHELIN guide – it was noted for its relaxed atmosphere, terrace with a gorgeous park view, quality service, and of course, excellent cuisine. The dishes are prepared with fresh ingredients, and are simple, but nevertheless exciting.
The emphasis is on the North European cuisine: the menu features salmon gravlax, herring, Danish smorrebrods and unusual meat dishes like roe deer cabbage rolls. There are also many more familiar options: steaks, seafood, pates, and salads. The cocktail menu is also based on Scandinavian themes: lavender sour is made with juniper infusion, while Northern Berry is flavored with cranberry berries and honey.
In the interior resonates with the trendy theme of the 70’s, many pieces of furniture are custom-made, and some interior elements are made from recycled materials. The motto of the restaurant is “Northern cuisine that warms the soul”. By the way, the name Møs means “cheek kiss” in Danish.
