Restaurateur Alexey Pinsky’s most famous establishment is located on the first floor of the Arbat Hotel. The interior of the restaurant has been carefully recreated with stylish decor from the late 1960s: marble floors and walls, mirrored partitions, and graceful elongated lamps. In summer, a cozy courtyard with tables on a large terrace and a view of the garden opens up for visitors.
The menu is updated depending on the season and availability of ingredients, but the house specialties remain unchanged. The restaurant specializes in steaks, with more than ten types available – from machete and wagyu mignon to Denver steak and porterhouse, as well as dry-aged steaks. There is also a good selection of seafood (langoustines, mussels, shrimp, and tuna and salmon dishes) and salads (artichoke, eggplant, mushroom, and zucchini).
Ask the concierge for a reservation If you are staying at the hotel.
