"Rybtorg" on Patriarchal Ponds combines two functions: it is a fresh seafood store for locals during the day, and in the evenings it turns into an intimate gourmet restaurant. A maritime-themed corridor with a five-meter aquarium and ice slides leads to the restaurant hall with huge panoramic windows and an original decorated ceiling. The space is designed so that you can find a suitable place for any situation — there are miniature tables for two, and a long counter with chairs for a company of ten to fifteen people.
The menu focuses on rare seafood (which can also be purchased in the fish store along with related products such as cutting knives, baking paper and spices), including yellowfin tuna, seaside scallops, Far Eastern crabs and dorado, as well as oysters and mussels. Rybtorg focuses on modern European cuisine: here one can taste pasta with crab, tuna sashimi and lobster seviche, and all sorts of fish bowls and seafood sets. You can complement your dinner with a bottle of white or sparkling wine, which you can choose right from the shelf — wine racks are located around the perimeter of the restaurant.
