Сахалин.jpg

Sakhalin is a restaurant by restaurateur Boris Zarkov and Vladimir Mukhin, the brand chef at White Rabbit Family. The place takes up floors 22 and 23 of the Azimut hotel at Smolenskaya metro station, overlooking the Moskva River.

The restaurant highlights the diversity of seafood: clams, crabs, shrimp, and fish from the Russian Far East. Sitting in the center is a raw bar with an ice tank and a fish tank allowing guests to pick the food they want cooked.

The menu is made up of regional produce prepared using Mediterranean and Asian cooking techniques. The restaurant serves raw fish appetizers, Tartars, sashimi, all kinds of sushi rolls, Italian pasta, fresh seafood salads, full-size grilled fish, fresh black and red caviar, pike roe, and other popular delis. The bar menu spans over 40 neoclassic cocktails and around 60 wine items.
