"Cevicheria" fish restaurant is located on Prechistenskaya Embankment, next to a liquor store and a butcher's shop — all three establishments are owned by gastronomic enthusiast Elizaveta Stakhanova. The space is neat and compact: the restaurant hall has less than fifty seats in, and a small bar without chairs is situated next to it. The interior is in keeping with the floor plan: the walls are painted in sea wave colors and decorated with elegant bas-reliefs of fish and octopuses, and the design of the restaurant is completed by a huge black grand piano and a white tub with ice to cool the wines. The music is also strictly chosen: in the best traditions of the beach bar you can hear deep house and lounge.

The menu is all about fish and seafood: priority is given to cold appetizers and starters. As the name suggests, there is a wide choice of seviche — marinated fish with citrus notes: a special section of the menu is devoted to them, while all other dishes are gathered in a more usual order. Among the restaurant specialties are Far East scallops with sesame oil, northern shrimps in mandarin sauce, halibut with morels sauce and Savoy cabbage chips. All dishes are complemented with self-made bread, and to complement fish, there is a choice of white wines — the bar list mostly consists of them.
